John has been sharing the methodology and insights that flow from this way of working with his clients in the UK, US and EMEA in workshops, learning circles, supervision groups and one to one coaching since 2004.

John facilitates system orientated workshops in corporate settings and is regular speaker on organisational health in business and the application of constellations in coaching. He has experience as a follower, a manager, a leader and business owner and brings this real world business experience to his facilitation and coaching approach. Since 2002 he has worked as an executive coach and is a familiar face to executive MBA students at The London Business School where he is a visiting coach on the Executive MBA leadership development programmes in London, Dubai and Hong Kong. In 2011 John was invited to join the visiting teaching team by Henley Business School Centre for Coaching and Facilitation as part of Henley’s MSc in Coaching and Behavioural change programme, group dynamics and systems thinking module.

John began to offer Business Constellation workshops in 2008, to provide a broad community of  business leaders, coaches and consultants with wider access to this way of working, and he is now invited to facilitate workshops internationally.
